Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in developing new client relationships and recruiting for positions across the UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development in a client-facing capacity where you have worked with healthcare providers to understand their unique recruitment needs. You will play a crucial role in helping us become the preferred provider for healthcare staffing. Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment process with a consultative approach and ensuring exceptional service for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the primary healthcare sector.
– Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding clients and candidates.
– Provide consultative recruitment solutions backed by deep sector knowledge.
– Build and maintain an extensive network of high-quality candidates.
– Meet and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators.
– Collaborate with the team to create targeted and relevant marketing materials for social media.
– Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the recruitment process.

What is on offer:
Salary: Upto £30K basic DOE with OTE £60K in year 1.
Generous uncapped commission based on performance.
